Who we are
XVII Homes and Realestate Limited develops, brokers and advises on multifamily property in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory. We work one asset class rather than spreading across every type of property in the market — multifamily is where demand in Abuja runs deepest, and where understanding unit mix, build cost and rent behaviour lets an operator price a project properly.
Every project we take on is assessed on title before anything else, and costed by an independent quantity surveyor before it is offered to a buyer or partner. We would rather turn a site down than put a buyer into a document chain we cannot stand behind, or a build without a real number behind it.

Palm Grove Estate — Phase 2 is our first priced development: a two-storey, four-unit block of three-bedroom apartments in the AMAC housing estate, Sabon Lugbe District, Abuja. The build is fully costed by an independent quantity surveyor and offered at three specifications, from carcass through to fully finished.
As a newly registered company, this is the project our track record currently rests on. Further projects, and the research behind how we select a site, will be published here as they are completed.
