One firm across the full life of a building
XVII Homes and Realestate Limited is a registered Nigerian company operating in the Federal Capital Territory. We concentrate on multifamily property rather than spreading across every asset class in the market.
That focus is deliberate. Multifamily is where Abuja’s demand runs deepest, and where an operator who understands unit mix, build cost and rent behaviour can price a project properly.
Every project we take on is assessed on title before anything else. We would rather turn a site down than put a buyer into a document chain we cannot stand behind.
